Vault Pro sells (a) digital Obsidian template and agent system downloads, (b) prepaid AI-generated scaffold credits redeemable against the Vault Pro API, (c) optional 1:1 setup services. Specifications for each SKU are listed at /buy and in our Stripe product feed at /stripe-feed/products.json.
Digital downloads are licensed for use by the purchaser and their immediate team. You may modify and use the templates internally. You may not resell, redistribute, or rehost the raw template files.
Prepaid scaffold credits are non-transferable, non-refundable once consumed, and never expire. Lifetime SKUs are rate-limited as described on the product page to prevent abuse.
You agree not to use the API for content prohibited by the underlying LLM provider's usage policy, or for illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend tokens used for abuse.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. By purchasing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the listed amount plus any disclosed taxes.

Vault Pro is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated scaffolds will fit every use case. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the SKU in question.
