7-day no-questions refund from the time of purchase. Email jadedfocus@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and we will refund the full amount within 5 business days.
Unused credit balances are refundable within 30 days, prorated to the unused quantity. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
Refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled call. Missed calls without notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We process refund requests quickly and prefer to resolve issues directly.
